[texdvd] single-layer vs. otherwise

All,

Several years ago I was trying to create custom versions of the DVD to 
include our organizational template files, so discovered I needed to 
source dual-layer DVDs to do so, and did.  I still have those, so 
creating a dual layer image makes sense to me.
