[texdoc] pkfix-helper doc

Hi Bruno,

thanks for sending this here as well. I think the subscribers of
this list is a subset of the texlive general mailing list.
I watch the both lists, but like this time, I occasionally miss
some messages about Texdoc in the general one... sorry about that.

I already fixed it to show pkfix-helper.man1.pdf first in the dev
version. Please kindly wait for the next the next update.

Meanwhile, you can add the following line to your personal texdoc.cnf
for temporal fix:

	alias pkfix-helper = pkfix-helper.man1.pdf

JFYR, the (recommended) location for your texdoc.cnf can be found
by executing:

	$ texdoc -f
