[texdoc] pkfix-helper doc

Hi to everybody here,

Yesterday I posted the following to the tex-live list, before realizing this list existed:

Based on reading the last few messages of the list archive, here are below some texdoc outputs that might help diagnose the problem. All this on TeX Live 2020 (via MacTeX 2020), kept up-to-date with tlmgr (via TeX Live Utility).
