[tex4ht] [bug #509] Incompatibilities with Tikz generated by menukeys package

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #509 (project tex4ht):

I just noted something else that I kind of ignored as a warning before! I am
getting the following with the newest driver:

    processing of PostScript specials is disabled (Ghostscript not 
    found)
    pre-processing DVI file (format version 2)
    processing page 2
      WARNING: 50 PostScript specials ignored. The resulting SVG 
    might look wrong.

Do you think a PostScript-enabled version of dvisvg is necessary?
