[tex4ht] tex4ht shows error with \( command when amsmath is loaded

I've found the issue. We recently changed definition of \[ \] to be
equal to equation environment, as it is in amsmath. But this change
doesn't handle nested math, which results in this issue. The solution
is to use \protect\nested:math in the definition (this information is
for the future reference :))

It should be fixed in TL soon.
