pretest24 this weekend

FYI, barring problems arising, I plan to set up the TL24 pretest this
weekend. There may sporadically be days without updates as we work out
the inevitable issues and build all the new binaries. If all goes well,
the final release should be about a month after that. My approximation
to a schedule is at the bottom of the TL home page, as always
(https://tug.org/texlive).
