Very nice, thanks.  I have one question: in this report you write
about OpenBSD 7.3 AMD64

  Alas, the TeX Live 2023 build died with C++ errors in the `freetype`
  package.

Given that the FreeType library is written completely in C I really
wonder how this can happen.  Please give more details.
