(No windows available here) Can you check *what* is available after the
above command? And what was the output of the above command?
And what does
	tlmgr info --list tlgpg
say?

But, whatever it outputs, I would be surprised if it worked at all.

The switch from 32 -> 64bit windows changed quite some names/tags,
so I need to rework that repo.

The above (tlmgr ... install tlgpg) should be enough. I just need to fix
the tlgpg repo.
