Ok, I installed that change. I'll write you separately about contacting
the author.

    - htcontext (tex4ht): the script contains a literal '\rubyCall', 

I removed htcontext from TL (and upstream). ConTeXt has not used Ruby
for many years. And it has its own (better) methods to handle html, xml, etc.
