Enhancement request: please add `locale` to list of allowed \write18 binaries

Same here on /Ubuntu/.

The LaTeX code results in /TeXstudio/:

line 7: Extra }, or forgotten $. }
line 8: Missing $ inserted.
: No file texstudio_ryTxqW.aux.
