testidx package: some files in the wrong location on TeX Live

Hi,

Some of the testidx files are in the wrong place in the TeX Live 
distribution.

The testidx-glossaries-*.tex and testidx-glossaries-*.bib files are 
currently in the doc/latex/testidx directory but they are required by 
testidx-glossaries.sty and need to be on TeX's path.

These should be:

tex/latex/testidx/testidx-glossaries-nodiglyphs.tex
tex/latex/testidx/testidx-glossaries-diglyphs.tex
tex/latex/testidx/testidx-glossaries-samples.tex
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-mathsym.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-samples-utf8.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-nodiglyphs-utf8.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-samples-ascii.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-diglyphs-utf8.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-markers.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-nodiglyphs.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-samples.bib
bibtex/bib/testidx/testidx-glossaries-numbers.bib

I'm assuming the .bib files need to be on the bibtex/bib/ path. They are 
actually bib2gls files rather than bibtex files.
