arabtex-doc.tex in wrong folder

    arabtex-doc.tex is currently (TL2021) located under:
        texlive/2021/texmf-dist/tex/latex/arabtex/

    which seems wrong to me.  I think the right place is:
        texlive/2021/texmf-dist/doc/latex/arabtex/

Thanks much, fixed for tonight.

I also moved all the other .tex files, except for arabtex.tex itself, to
to the doc/ directory. It appeared to me they were all examples of using
various scripts/features. --thanks, karl.
