Segmentation Fault while loading format file

Solaris is not rebuild, so old formats are built, new pdftex stumbles.

That is the biggest problem I reported already on our tlbuild mailing
list. We either need to keep the version number of rebuild all pdftex
binaries.

I wait for Karl to decide.

So our solution does not work by now due to the version squeeze which we
need to fix.
