pgf-pie package

Hi,

currently, the `pgf-pie` package:

  │ https://www.ctan.org/pkg/pgf-pie
  └────

is available only for MiKTeX, I guess because its license isn't
specified. But its development page:

  ┌────
  │ https://code.google.com/archive/p/pgf-pie/
  └────

mentioned in its documentation, stipulates a MIT License.

Since this license is considered as a free one at least on CTAN,
wouldn't it be possible for TeX Live to include this package?
