luatex problem with file with umlauts on windows 10

For the record: after todays update the problem seem to be resolved. 

I can handle file with Umlauts (grüße.tex), chinese (你好-input.tex)
and ducks (��.tex) on my windows without problems. Fonts with
non-ascii in the name works now too.
