Bug : xindy.x86_64-linuxmusl is missing

Hi

Building xindy is tricky and have work, and obviously nice of the musl builders did care for it.

We usually use the Travis builds, but they don't contain xindy since it needs more work.

If you want to see xindy for musl, can you provide one yourself by building one and sharing it with us?
