Bug : xindy.x86_64-linuxmusl is missing

John Y <john_5555_ at outlook.com> asks about a xindy binary for
Linux musl.  

I have a VM running Void Linux on x86_64 with Clisp installed.
I'm about to try a TeX Live build for that platform.  More
in a few hours....
