Checksum verification failure for TeX Live 2019 on macOS

That is a bug dealing with expired keys, see

where this problem occurred the first time with contrib.texlive.info.


Basically you need to upgrade first with 
	update-tlmgr-latest.sh
(no other options please!) and after that the tlmgr will work.

Other than this, all you do looks fine. This is a peculiarity due to the
expired key.
