hi there,

I know this topic has already been dealt with here
https://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2020-February/044766.html

However, I get the same error *without* tlcontrib in my repository list (in
the following, "sutlmgr" is just an alias for "sudo tlmgr").
How can this be fixed?
