How to package executables

Well, I carefully not to say "TeX Live should not include Python packages"
or "Any user should not post a python package to CTAN" because I do not
think so. Instead, I just wanted to mention another option (in case the
usual python manner does really not work well with the TeX Live).
I believed there is no "disagree" on this.

I didn't think so, but is that so? That means, the TeX-related packages
on PyPI, which I mentioned in the last message, are almost invisible to
the people in the TeX world...
Anyway, it is good for me to confirm that TeX Live also welcome packages
written in Python and other languages.
