[tex-live] MacTex Bug: wget.x86_64-darwin is missing HTTPS support

Hi,
I have the following from MacPorts:
$ wget --version
GNU Wget 1.19.1 built on darwin15.6.0.
-cares +digest -gpgme +https +ipv6 -iri +large-file -metalink +nls
+ntlm +opie -psl +ssl/gnutls
