[tex-live] XeTeX or xdvipdfmx Broken on Mac

Folks,

You folks have the hard task of trying to fix XeTeX problems, while Herb and I have the
easy job of just testing fonts. It has occurred to us that a systematic test of Mac fonts
would be helpful, since XeTeX font problems occur mostly on the Mac. Enclosed is a sample
test of all the fonts on the Mac with names beginning with the letter A. All work in XeTeX.
By tomorrow morning, we should have a complete list of any standard Mac fonts which
cause problems in XeTeX.
