[tex-live] XeTeX or xdvipdfmx Broken on Mac

Folks,
In the meantime, Herbert Schulz has been plowing through other
Mac fonts and has found one more problem .ttf font: Apple
Chancery. Same
\font\testit="Apple Chancery" \testit ABC
problem, producing :xdvipdfmx: fatal: Invalid font: -1 (1)
