Hi, since there have been some suggestions about what software could be included in TL2010, I would also like to ask about ChkTeX: http://baruch.ev-en.org/proj/chktex/ It's basically lacheck replacement, and it's written in C and has no special dependancies, and unlike lacheck, it's maintained.
