Ok, now that you've tried it, I will update it again shortly, and then
again before we freeze for the final images.

    How much time do we have until the texmf tree is frozen?  

I don't know.  A week or two?  We're basically just waiting on the doc
translations now.  There's also a chance that Pawel will magically come
up with a live Windows installer at the last minute ...
