Reinhard,

I asked Karl delay refreshing the htf-fonts as much as possible.
That is because the new htf files are still buggy, and due to name
collisions with old fonts they have negative side effects on the usage
of the old fonts.   

I almost done resolving the main collision problems, so it is now fine
with me to get the htf fonts loaded into the texmf-tree.  However, I
hope the fonts will be refreshed close to the time that the tree is to
be frozen.
