The header entries are determined by the '\title' macros defined in the 
preamble of the respective WEB sources; only DVItype and GFtoDVI use 
extra spacing with '$\,$' here.

 > Is such non-unique style OK?
Both the program name and the \title are, of course, at the discretion 
of the respective authors. In this case, DVItype and GFtoDVI were 
written by DEK himself, but GFtoPK was written by Tomas Rokicki.
