[tex-k] Style of naming texware programs.

Hi,

The program name for gftopk differs from dvitype and gftodvi.
This influences page headings also. Is such non-unique style OK?

@p program GF_to_DVI(@!output);
@p program GFtoPK(@!gf_file,@!pk_file,@!output);
