[tex-k] Incorrect sizes in GFtoDVI output

Impressive.

I have tried io.mf in smoke mode, x.mf in localfont and proof modes
and the example from
p.31 in default mode. All dvi files exactly match those produced by
TL's gftodvi (according to dvitype).

>From this I conclude that gftodvi (not web2c) is the cause of this
spurious line in dvitype output:

     Font 1: cmr8Font 2: cmtt10Font 3: blackFont 5: logo8

This is clearly a bug that should be piled up for 2029 tuneup.

As for the warnings, DEK should be informed about this for 2029 too.
To fix or not to fix should be his decision.
