[tex-k] trouble with 2021-webmac.tex

Hello,

the third edition of TeX-FPC shows a bug:
     weave tex.web tex.ch tex.tex
     tex tex.tex
will stop with:
     Runaway argument?
     ! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [main memory size=30001].
The error shows if and only if you output the starred (changed) modules 
with the line
     \let\maybe=\iffalse % print changed modules only.

This bug seems to be introduced by version 4.2 of the WEB-macro files. 
Using the old webmac.tex is a workaround.
