Also, both 'pktogf.web' and 'pktype.web' should be fixed.

Either, the '\contentspagenumber{0}' is intended (why repeat the default
from 'webmac.tex' in the first place?); then '\rheader' should become
'\lheader', because even-numbered pages are normally printed on a left
side.  Or, when we want to keep the '\def'inition of '\rheader{...}',
then '\contentspagenumber' should become odd -- for example, '1'.

See the attached patch for both possible modifications.
