[tex-hyphen] Problems with hyph-la-x=classic.tex

I'm using uptex regularly, but don't have such a problem.

under your texmf-local (not under texmf-dist, which should be

And, your statement

is not so clear.  As uptex reports, it is going to find
"hyph-la-x-classic.ec.tex"
not "hyph-la-x-classic.tex".
