Perhaps, but one can imagine an OpenType font that would, if the
all-uppercase-text feature were activated, substitute ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΟΣ for
ΑΠΌΣΤΟΛΟΣ in the output.

They should file a bug with the font designer.
