[pstricks] Differences in the output of \psdots TeX Live 2021 (win/linux)

The problem is the Symbolfont which was in the past StandardSymL,
but is not known to some GS-versions

Try the attached pstricks.tex with your example and the default

latex test
dvips test
ps2pdf -dALLOWPSTRANSPARENCY test.ps
