[pstricks] Imprecisions in hatchangle rendering

Not sure what we're supposed to see.

Your example typesets just fine for me.
I am using texlive 2019 from mactex and typesetting using xelatex.
I also tried with the traditional latex+dvips and see nothing wrong in the resulting image.

This is the version of pstricks from the log file:
