[pstricks] Help! Can not place labels on arcs.

What's more, all labels were place at the some position, overlapping. 

How have you verified this result?

There are viewers (xdvi for instance) which can render the 
image elements correctly, but not the labels.

Convert to ps and then view with ghostview or distill
and view with acroread.
