[pdftex] Minimal Latex with PdfLatex

Try running

	fmtutil-sys --all

That should fix your issue.  

You should first remove any home directory subdirectory named
.texlive2020, because that might hold conflicting files.  That is its
name on Unix systems; it may differ slightly on Microsoft Windows.
