[pdftex] Configuring Pdflatex 1.30.4

Hello,

I downloaded Pdflatex from CTAN as zipped package.

When I tried to execute

configure --prefix=/usr --host=

from the src directory,

it stopped with an error message:

configure: error:	can not find sources in .
configure: error: ./configure failed for libs

after searching around I found that in 

src/libs/configure 

there is a reference to an EXTRA.LIB (uppercase letters) ,which doesn't exist.
This is done for checking if certain files exist,e.g. if you have a proper version of pdflatex.

You have to change that to extra.lib, which in fact can be found in the same directory src/libs.

Then it works.
