[pdftex] Setting the overwrite mode for text

Hi,
I'm using pdfTeX (Web2C 7.4.5) 3.14159-1.10b and have following problem:
I have to set a black text on a colored background in the PDF overwrite 
mode, but I don't know
how can I do this.
Can someone help me?
