dvips needs the PostScript /FontName (i.e. /Palatino-Bold) always.

pdftex gets into trouble if a /FontName appears in a line containing
statements like ...SlantFont or ...ExtendFont.

Thus pdftex.map should not contain /FontNames for transformed fonts,
but dvips needs them.
