[pdftex] Current versions of supp-mis.tex and supp-pdf.tex ?

i've just pulled the latest copies of supp-mis and supp-pdf from
hans's "current" (i.e., not beta) context .zip file and stuffed them
into macros/pdftex/graphics; the change will make its way across the
atlantic in a small number of hours ... or you could try cam.ctan.org
which is where i did the installation.  the new files are dated
february of this year.

i *hate* that directory.  it mostly consists of replicas of things to
be found elsewhere, and is always causing consistency problems.

however, i _will_ try to reinstate these files if i notice in future
that they've changed when we mirror a new set of context zip files
from hans's site.
