[pdftex] pdftex update

Hi,

I released another pretest of pdftex (20010126) at
ftp://ftp.cstug.cz/pub/tex/local/cstug/thanh/pdftex

This pretest has support for OpenType fonts (asked by Thierry). TTF fonts
are embedded as truetype, OTF fonts are included entirely (partial
downloading not supported). Luckiky reencoding works for OTF fonts without
partial downloading.
