[pdftex] pdftex compression -- proposed addition to manual

It would be nice to have wavelet compression in there [as djvu does]. Maybe 
when it shows up in the new jpeg extensions, pdf will also get it. As far 
as i understood there is a lossless and lossy variant both with impressive 
compression rates.
