Installation Failure

Greetings, my name is Sukhmeet Sareen. I recently submitted a form requestion help for MacTeX installation. In the comments, I mentioned that I would include the install log in an email. I have included the install log below:

Just to reiterate the MD5 sum matches the downloaded file and I have tried downloading this multiple times from different CTAN sites. I have also tried this with BasicTeX but I get the same issue.
