[OS X TeX] Eps error

~Library/texmf

is a location for personal style, font, etc., files. I've never heard of calling an executable located in this place. Surely you should call an executable in the standard binary directory, or via the link /Library/TeX/texbin; if it needs to consult other files, it should search ~/Library/texmf first.
