[OS X TeX] MacTerminal + MacTeX + screen reader causes frequent crashes?

Jonathan Fine and Mohamed Fayed,

I'm the guy who makes MacTeX, and I have a 2016 16" Macbook Pro. I'd be happy to look into this, but I need a lot more information. EXACTLY what software is being used when the crash occurs? Please provide a crash report.

The crash report should be in

	~/Library/DiagnosticReports/

There will be several files there; I am interested in any file that has Terminal as part ot its name and extension ".crash".
