[OS X TeX] Announce: MacTeX-2021 Released

The instructions for using the Unix install script are very clear and work 
straightforwardly without a problem.  See the instructions at

(Sorry my e-mail server will mangle that address, to go via a Microsoft

(One question to Richard: When the the script asks whether to import settings 
from a previous TeX Live installation your instructions say to answer no.  Is 
there a reason for that?  Things seemed to be problem free when I answered yes.)
