Howdy,

But /Library/TeX/texbin should find the correct kpsewhich or did you add that too? PS: that should be better than the last item since it will track the active TeX distribution.

How are you calling biber? Do you have a processing tool to do that (I don't see all of them in the graphic)? Are you calling it with some input-directory flag set?
