Glad we could make up for some of the negligence!

That aside, I really feel this new driver setup is much better suited for  
the present day situation of how people get their (La)TeX. Almost  
everybody get it from one of few distributions so it makes more sense for  
these few distributors to pick the drivers they support. For instance, I  
don't have much use for the pctex32 driver here on OS X. And then there is  
of course the small matter of it being much, much easier to support for  
us...
