[OS X TeX] aid with urlbst on a custom-bib file

OK so I removed that now. All the files in the downloaded urlbst  
folder are still there except urlbst which is copied to /usr/local/bin.

It is. So I can leave the urlbst folder anywhere and urlbst will find  
the 'configure' and 'urlbst.in' files?
